A couple more email questions…

Thank you for the questions popping up in my email! Natalie from Georgia, along with others, asked to see a close up of one of the quilts, and the back if there was anything on it. I very often think of the back of a quilt as another place to stitch, decorate, embellish, make a statement, etc. Some of the small art quilts I create have drawings on them, the “label” written on the back rather than a detached label, etc. When I first started doing this, there were very traditional quilters in my circle of quilty friends that were appalled. There were people in my own extended family that just looked at me like I had a screw loose… but I like it. I’m going to keep doing it. I’m sassy that way!
