Images through the fog…

Back in August, through FibreArtsTakeTwo, I took a class with the lovely and talented Wen Redmond. While I’m still mastering some of the basics of using paint, gels, and other Liquitex products, I am adding to my stash of images ready to print. We’ve had a lot of snow since January, and I love taking pictures where snow just falls like a blanket over the landscape. This is the latest B/W double-image of trees in my front yard and a water-color of a city-scape sliding into oblivion. Sometimes my watercolors are very specific items, but for this class it’s just been paint, let it flow where it wants to go, and see what you get. No plan. Just create. I also love fog, as I think it’s mysterious, lovely, and interesting to photograph.
